KumariKrunch™ Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing All orders are processed and dispatched within 24 working hours of receipt. Our working hours exclude Sundays and public holidays. While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as high order volume, product preparation time, or logistical challenges.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines Once your order is shipped, the estimated delivery time is as follows:

• Within Tamil Nadu: 2-3 working days

• South Indian States : 3-6 working days

• Other Indian States: 4-7 working days

3. Shipping Charges Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination. The final shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process for your review before payment. Please note that shipping rates are subject to change.

4. Order Tracking Upon shipment, you will receive a notification via email and/or WhatsApp containing your order's tracking information. You can monitor your delivery's progress by using the provided tracking number on the respective courier service provider's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions Currently, KumariKrunch™ only ships to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

6. Delivery Delays We endeavor to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes. However, unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, logistical disruptions, or other external factors may cause delays. In such events, we will proactively communicate any issues to you and work diligently to resolve them as quickly as possible.
